In Memory of Fred

In Memory of Fred Peterson

“If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.” – David Ellsworth

Our pets are the heart and soul of our family and our homes. When they leave us, there are not enough words to adequately express the feelings of loss associated with their passing. Often we look to ways where their remembrance can not only be a blessing, but, in turn, help others. Upon his recent passing, the friends of the Peterson family wished to honor Fred Peterson in just this way.

About Fred:

Fred Peterson was a beloved Golden Retriever known for his loyalty, charming personality and gorgeous smile. A regular at his mom’s classroom, Fred was loved by all who knew him; always ready to show enthusiasm for the bassoon and those who played it.

To the delight of all, he would snuggle up to whomever he met and just make the world a better place just from his shear presence. If only he could have stayed with us longer. His loss is felt by his family every day.

Lending a Paw:

Now, in honor of Fred, the friends of the Peterson family have started a fund in his name to benefit the Rainier Animal Fund. Through your generous donation, those funds will go directly to help provide support to pet owner families who cannot afford the full cost of their pet’s essential or lifesaving veterinary care. Fred’s remembrance will, in turn, help these pets thrive and live healthy, happy lives with the families who love them.

Consider making a donation today in Fred’s name and help a pet receive the care they so desperately need.
